I order take-away from Sushi Time on a regular basis. The classic rolls are very good and a bargain. The service is great. Very quick. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly.

I live and work close by and have been ordering from this place for years. They forgot to include soy sauce with my sushi order and told me they ran out and asked me if "I had any". I've seen the previous reviews and did not believe them until now. Wow, they really don't give a shit. I'm telling my friends and co-workers that there are better options in the neighborhood. How is this possible?!

I've been going to Sushi Time for over three years for sit down lunch. Today I order via phone and the service was so unprofessional! They have lost a loyal customer and I will tell everyone in my office not to use them!

We've been regulars of Sushi Time for several years. Food was delivered this eve and wasn't what I asked for . I asked to have the order corrected and the manager accused me of lying. He said that many people do this to try and get out of paying. I always order the same thing and reiterated that my order was wrong. He refused to believe me and would not send what I originally ordered. They just lost a loyal customer.

I went here to talk with someone over lunch. The food was good, and the price reasonable, but it was so loud, talking was almost useless. The waitress didn't seem to want to give us time.

Very solid sushi at very reasonable prices but they hang up on you whenever they want, not when you're done talking. They apparently have no time for customers at Sushi Time.

I've ordered take out from here about once a month for over a year and recently I've seen their service take a real turn for the worse. I tried to place an order for pick up and the person who answered the phone didn't want to take an order, then after I pursuaded her to, she hung up before I could leave my name! The sushi is decent - but I'm totally perplexed by the slide in service. Maybe change in ownership?
