Excellent sushi
I definitely fancy this place more than any other restaurant in NYC. It has the freshest tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and etc. I dont know what the people below this review are saying about the service because the service i receive is FABULOUS. every waiter and even the sushi chefs welcome you when you enter the restaurant. Basically what im trying to say is that this place has great sushi! I havent tried the cooked food but im sure theyre all just as great!

Only good quality food
It is Japanese fusion place, not authentic as they mentioned so you will find many fusion dishes in the menu. If you are looking good quality sushi, you are in the right place. Fresh fish, tasty sauce. Forget about the service and atmosphere. After few times I have visited, the service were ok, attentive but less professional for the price. I expected high-quality service for my 100 bucks dinner. The menu is very confusing. Too many items and options, so I used to order from the entree and appetizer section instead. Be aware with 'hiding' cost that the server won't tell you. Most of their special are overprice, so I used to ask the price before ordering.

Overprice great sushi
We visited this restaurant last week. It was overprice, they charged for everything they can. But I can't lie, it is good and fresh sushi. The service is just ok, very friendly host, attentive server, but extremely rude manager. Come back ?, yes if I have extra bonus or maybe in the happy hour - I can save for few appetizers.

shockingly bad service
The food is basically fine but the waiter was absolutely horrible. And the manager was no better. These folks have no idea how to treat customers. Truly horrendous which is really too bad because it'd be nice to have a good sushi place in the neighborhood.

Poor service
The food is basically ok, although not exceptional. What is exceptional is the rudeness of the service. I have never had such bad service in a restaurant anywhere.

Standard Food With Overrated Price
I went there last week just to find out by myself what my friend had told me about. And, i have to agree with her for the price. This place is excessively expensive with a subpar athmophere of dining experience. The food is just like other sushi restaurants and nothing special about it. But, the price is excessively expensive. Definitely, this is not the place you want to go for enjoying sushi regularly.

Yummy sushi!
My husband and I live in the area and visit this restaurant probably once a month. We haven't had a bad meal yet. The sushi is excellent quality. The rolls are delish--I've never tasted a better spicy tuna roll. Their avocado roll melts in your mouth. The beef negimaki appetizer is to die for. Even the edamame is great. Service has never been an issue for us. We love it and will continue to recommend it and return regularly for yummy meals!
