Slow service & average tasting food

Our waitress was okay, but she disappeared during most of our stay. So the service was only so so. It wasn't even that busy, so I can't imagine what the service would be like on a crowded day. The food is very average, nothing special, not great tasting, but not bad tasting either. If you want great sushi this is NOT the place. Price is just like the food - not cheap, but not expensive either. Very average.

    Poor Service Average Food

Went to dinner with my girlfriends at May's because of the affordable prices. However, the waiter forgot my order, and when he finally realized it took 20 minutes for them to make a 6 piece spicy tuna roll. By the time my order arrived my friends were done with their food. One of the worst experiences I've had with service at a restaurant. Food is very average.

    Poorest Sushi Ever

The rolls were bland and tasteless, the fish was NOT FRESH, and one of our rolls (a "Philadelphia roll") looked like the sushi chef's 4 year old son attempted to make it. There was so much rice around it, SALMON (this should have been tuna), and cream cheese that had yellowed and crusted. A good chef would NEVER plate this type of food. If you want decently fresh, cheap sushi, go to Zen or Ave A Sushi!

    Cheap Sushi

Cheap sushi! It's 50% off sushi over $15. My review varies each visit. On busier days, the sushi would taste more fresh. On slow days, I've gotten cold sushi that taste like it's been sitting there for awhile. Your best bet is to go on the weekends!

    Good Value, OK Sushi

The 50% off rolls and $1 sushi is a good deal but the sushi is rice heavy and the fish is fresh but of average quality. Menu has a lot of variety.

Amazingly good and fresh sushi at cheap prices

This place is fantastic. They have a "dollar menu" Sat-Fri. The sushi is very fresh. The servers were very warm, and made excellent reccomendations. It's half-off already discount prices when you buy 15$ of sushi.
