A two hour wait from a place that is relatively a 7 minute bike ride away is insane! Sad to say the food was good, even though it was cold. Nevermind that fact that we were told that we had an hour wait---- I guess once you reach an hour mark, another hour doesn't count? I think business could be much better, if they coordinate their delivery service. To add insult to injury, the delivery person would not leave his vehicle, which meant crossing Eastern Parkway. Sad!

I am very sad to say how disappointed i was to get my wings just now. i have eaten there before and the 1st time it was amazing, but the subsequent visits just leave me sad. Sad because i want to enjoy my food and because this could have been cute place to get take out in my neighborhood. already reading the poor reviews on delivery ( expierenced that once w/ this place) so i decided to order online and pick up. they didnt notice missing item (a bread pudding) from my bag , but when i pointed it out it was replaced easily. ok great! but when i got home, it was tragic. the wings are so hard and over cooked (like it was nuked in the microwave or sitting around for hours and cooked again) i can hardly chew them.... and the sweet potato "fries" (which don't even TRY to be fry like, it's just a thick cut slice of sweet potato) were soggy and mushy. if i had eaten there i would have definitely sent everything back to the kitchen. I was really looking forward to those wings. i hope this place tries harder and gets some standards cuz its a waste if it doesnt.

I guess in 2011 the service was poor. I had no problems ordering via seamless. The food is excellent! I wish they were open later bc I would order it more often!

I ordered two 2 pound combos the other night. I got the Trini Tamarind, Island BBQ, potato wedges, spinach rice, corn salad, and a mango salad. I ordered at around 8:30 and didn't receive my wings until about 10:30. Not only did I receive my order at an unacceptable time but they forgot the potato wedges that I paid for. I called to complain and they told me next time I would receive them...too bad there won't be a next time. The food was cold and the wings were not all that. I won't be supporting this business again.

First time at this "Hot Spot" and was greatly disappointed, the wings seemed to have been overcooked with sauce drenched on them, the wedges were unappetizing. They were hard and old tasting.I will never dine there again, I was greatly disappointed.

The flavors they offer are original and quite tasty. The atmosphere consist of a slapped together job, and it is visible. it almost feels like they would prefer you to get your food and leave rather than stay and eat. They offer a non existant delivery service; sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don't.
