Really Great & Inexpensive
Love this taco truck - outdoes any of the local restaurants with Mexican fare I've had in Manhattan.

Delicious food!!
Super Tacos has really good mexican food. We order from them every Sunday and welove it. Their spicy pork enchiladas, goat tacos, spicy chicken tacos...yum! Delicious food and resonable too :-)

try the specials!!
I've only tried their specials which come with meat, rice, beans, AND 5 tortillas to make your own tacos. For 7 bucks its a much better deal than $2 bucks per. Their Thursday special is the one that stands out to me.. the Chicken with salsa verde is THE BOMB! The plentiful chunks of Jalepeno in the salsa verde packs just the right amount of punch but is NOT OVERWHELMING! The chicken is tender and full of flavor (I just wish their chicken had more meat on the bone). They give you a leg and thigh and I had enough food for dinner then lunch the next day (I'm a 120 lb woman so you measure your appetite based upon that). I've also had the chicken pipian special which was very good and spicy, but oily, which makes the salsa verde a healthier choice. Tonight, Friday, is their chicken mole poblano night and you better bet i'll be right there!! If it's better than the salsa verde, I'll come back tomorrow to review it.

Not recommended
We had the horrible experience of ordering from them (they work out of a truck parked near Associated on Amsterdam ). The meats are not good. The pork is made up of skin!! and bones (yes) that stick in your teeth. I have had nightmares about this. The beef is old and hard, and the chicken is doused in sauce so you can't tell what it is. Yes, it's cheap...But for what?

Favorite Taco on UWS
The Spicy beef taco's at Super Taco truck are amazing, and for only two dollars, its a steal, it is easily the best taco on the UWS, and beats its only competition chipotle by a long shot

Great tacos for the money
Spicy pork (enchilado) tacos. Absolutely amazing. The torta's are also excellent as well as the burrito. For those unfamiliar, this is a truck parked at 96 and Broad. They are there weekday evenings, and weekends starting at noon. They're extremely friendly. I have to agree with the other review though - i tried to get delivery once, and they botched the order beyond recognition.

best tacos in manhattan.
most authentic, best price. delicious. the vegetarian tacos and chicken flautas are the best. also cheese torta is yum!
