The food is great (and there is little selection for Latin inspired food in Tribeca) so we are willing to put up the slightly high prices. We have been a fan since they opened and eat there about once a week (obviously Tribeca locals). We also order delivery about once a week. But after tonight, we are over the delivery because the hostess was so insulting. Occasionally, they forget one or two items, but if you call, they have always been very sweet about it. They deliver the missing items very quickly. Tonight however, they forgot several crucial things and the hostess that took the order was a nasty piece of work. Seems the screw up tonight was her fault and she refused to remedy the situation without twenty minutes of discussion - first on how it was the delivery person's fault (he delivers to us regularly and is ALWAYS prompt and courteous) and then she informed me that customers are too stupid to know what they are ordering. It took her almost an hour to send us the missing items and she basically told us that if we didn't like it - Super Linda doesn't need our business. No problem, Shemica, we can go elsewhere. BTW, Shemica, I'm 100% positive the owners do not appreciate you turning away regular customers or blaming long time employees for your inadequacies. Good luck at your next job.

We had a certificate for brunch which included 1 appetizer, 1 brunch, and 3 drinks for person. They overprice each item so that the tax and 20% tip come out to be a higher amount than expected. The quality of the food and drinks are not worthy of 20% tips.
