excellent chinese food and free wine!
The food is excellent, really, they give you free house wine, which is a good thing, and it's very affordable. BUT, if you go a little bit late for dinner, at closing time they will throw you out of the restaurant. Very recommendable, i'll go back, but not late, remember!!

Love this place!!
A few friends told me about this place. They were upset with another restaurants service and told me to try Sunny. Sunny has great food, moderate prices and great free red or white wine. They charge a bit more than most chinese takeout places for for the extra dollar or so per dish you will be happy. They don't rush you! They give service with a smile. They listen to what you order. I ordered the orange crispy beef but I said no peppers not spicy and the dish was the best I have ever tasted. Other places don't listen. This is my new favorite place. Also they don't rush you. Worth it! I love this place.

Free Wine and Awesome Chinese Food!
This place is the absolute best. Not only is the food some of the best Chinese I've had in New York, but you get FREE WINE. The wine isn't the best, it's boxed Franzia; I'm not complaining. Great place to go to get your buzz on with your family / friends and enjoy some great food! Highly recommended! There are a few Chinese places like this in the city, but Sunny is by far the best.

The best general tso chicken.
I ordered from sunny's 3 times a week. Wonderful food, they will make your dishes your way, if you tell them.The general tso chicken is awesome,crisp outside ,moist inside ,tasty ,not oily. (well done) sunny's.

Disappointing Cantonese wonton soup
It appears that according to the most recent reviews, people think this is good Chinese food..why am I not surprised as these days everyone is so accustomed to slop that they'd consider this good. Perhaps I ordered the wrong dish. If so, definitely don't order the Pork Cantonese Soup.. And the Fried Shrimp Wontons were lousy..stale and w/o taste.

delicious dumplings!
Their dumplings arent gummy and heavy-they have a lovely thin skin and this attention to detail is apparent in all of their dishes. They clearly have a more refined sensibility for chinese takeout, and its a treat!

Great local place - great delivery
A friend + I stopped in after hearing that they serve free house wine for dine-in patrons. Why not, we thought. We were pleasantly surprised at how delish the food is. Sunny is now my go-to Chinese place in the neighborhood for dining in or take-out/delivery. I love their General Tso's Chicken, but have tried a variety of things on the menu, all of them great.
