Food is good, portions are large, atmosphere is pretty nice (if a bit crowded/stuffy) but service is poor. Not just neglectful and slow, but RUDE. I lived in Israel, and they battle any Israeli restaurant for poor service. Service was slow; I ordered a coffee when seated and was told "Your waiter will come and take your order". (Um, yeah, about 25 minutes later). One of our water glasses was chipped badly (a large chip on the lip of the glass that would have cut my mouth had I not thankfully noticed it), and when I asked that the glass be replaced, it was, but with no apology or any comment at all from the waiter. Then when I dared to complain about the slow service (after over 20 minutes passed and no one came to take our order), we finally did get service, but our waiter actually proceeded to chastise me for complaining! Needless to say, we left immediately. Do these people not know how to run a business? All you need to do is apologize for any slow service or errors, not chastise your customers. The general attitude there is that they are doing you a huge favor by actually providing you with food and service.

I just ate by Sunflower last night, and can I just say- While its a bit crowded, and not my style, the food was amazing. Very simple food, Sandwiches, Salads. VERY generous portions. My husband ordered the Tuna Melt Panini, and it was the best I've ever had. It came with a side salad. I ordered the Chef Salad, and could barely finish it I was so full. Definitely not a diet kind of salad. But it was extremely satisfying. We split an onion soup as well. Was delish.

The food is great, the service is great, the place can get a little loud.
