Though I hate the word moist...
it is the best way to describe the texture of the cupcakes. I had the pumpkin cupcake with cream cheese and everything about it was yummy. Neither cake nor icing was dry. great value comparatively (other places charge at least a quarter more). Now i know why people rave about this place.

The best is not good enough
Everything I?ve tried deserved the word that comes after ?The Best? is used. From cupcakes to layer cakes, you savor each morsel. But my favorite are the Brownies. Try them for yourself to believe it. It is worth coming from whatever part of the city you have to travel from to enjoy them.

Best I've had
I'm no cupcake connoisseur, but when I bit into a Sunshine cupcake, I had a little orgasm. This was one of those perfect moments that people search the globe for. Cost me $1.50, not bad Charlie. The other cupcake I had was also excellent, with beautiful red frosting, but I liked Sunshine more. I took home a Lemon and a Pistachio, both of which were unique and very good. What more is there to say? I hope I can go back soon.

Best in the City
Not overpriced or overdone, the cakes and cupcakes are to die for, especially the sexy red velvet cupcakes with white mousse cream. Exceptionally nice staff as well, will definitely be going back!

Best in the city
I am a cupcake traitor. I live a block away from Magnolia Bakery and yet find myself enamored of those at Sunshine. Magnolia can't hold a candle: the cake at Sunshine is moister, the frosting more flavorful, and the prices MUCH more resonable. I just love this place! The pumpkin cupcake with cream cheese frosting and walnuts is the best of its kind. Now if only it were in my neighborhood...

Fab cupcakes & wonderful service
This sweet spot in the les is great for a single cupcake or for an entire cake. I've done the quickie stop bys, but have also needed a cake for a party, and cupcakes for an office. I called the day of and they were happy to get me what I needed. The service is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is super friendly, and the sweets are the best in the neighborhood!

Mega Yummy
Love the cupcakes and the cakes, too. I think by now that I have tried them all. This is by far the best cupcake and cake bakery in the city! Plus -- Deb and Peggy are sweet, too! Well, I better phone in my order for 24 yummy cupcakes now!
