I love this place, been coming here for years but really, whats with the cup sleeves? they have then they don't. Either they are cheap or they don't know the coffee business. shame.

Some of the worst desserts I've ever had. Definitely not going back. Plus, the waitstaff was rude to customers.

For the most part they are delicious too. Baking is not that easy you know. Every bakery I have been to I've experienced a dry cupcake. But these are the best value. The guy behind the counter is always rude though.

I was looking forward to trying their yummy cakes with their signature "moose." I tried a slice of red velvet cake. "The Moose" was nothing special. The cake was heavy and dense, set against the light buttercream...it was disaster. It was pretty unappetizing. I also tried the pistachio cupcake. The flavor was ok, nothing remarkable. The cake was a light, but tad on the dry side. Their business seems to doing well, so power to them! For me, there are way better cakes in NYC to be had.

Their pistachio are hands down the best cupcakes I have ever had in my life! I have taken several friends and they all agree with me, best ever. The cake is delightfully light, fluffy and a bit savory, they are topped with a seductive whipped icing. Bravo, you are geniuses!

The banana pudding is the only reason I come here, the people serving are rude and the cupcakes are dry and the icing too sweet. The banana pudding however is amazing.

The cupcakes are alright, not as amazing as everyone makes it to be.
