the only thing worth going to subconscious is amir he is so wonderful very polite and educated, he makes me feel safe, but next time i say no mustard it means no mustard not a lot of mustard but no mustard.

My roommates and I order from this restaurant all the time and the food is always delicious. Delivery time is decent - its NY. And the woman who takes our order is always patient and very sweet. Great place to pick up and go or order in. Great variety too - anyone can find something here!

I have been to this place about 15 times. 10 of which have been for a sub. I almost always get the Ultimate Veggie sub. I hate the spiciness aspect so I always ask for them to make it without the jalepenos or the hot peppers. This is fifth time I have received the order wrong. This time I was at the place and specficially told the cook that I did not wany anything spicy. He didn't understand the first time I stated it so I said it again this time stating, "I don't want the jalepenos or hot peppers". Then he says, "So you want everything in it but that" (pointing to the jalepenos and the hot peppers). I agreed and walked away to look for a drink and some snacks. I get home to find a sandwich with EXTRA hot peppers and jalapenos.They were nice enough to deliver the correct version to my dorm (since I live close by). But this was supposed to be my option to save time instead cooking a meal for myself. I think I'll go there one last time for my free sub since it will be the 11th one on the punchcard. Advice for those of you ordering from there.. watch them like a hawk when they make your order.

All i've ever asked for is "no mustard." This is a simple concept. And yet the staff here seems incapable of understanding this very simple direction. Do not order food here if you don't like mustard. They will never learn. I, however, have finally learned my lesson. If you do like mustard though, the food is good. Just don't think you'll be able to customize your order whatsoever.

The slald bar area is the best! One of the guys thats there, Amir, is sooooo friendly and he gets the orders right. The salads are always fresh and satisfying when Amir makes them. BUT.................................. When its time to check out, thats another story. The cashiers have the worst customer servicing skills. They talk on their cell phones while ringing you up and barely speak while doing so. They also talk to each other and act as if its an inconvenience that they have to ring up the next customer. If I didnt enjoy the salads so much, I would not go back there. The cashiers need some home training! Who is the manager? Nice establishment but the service needs serious improvement!

Nothing special...I asked the 4 guys waiting to take my order that I wanted a CC blue with peppers. I got the sandwhich without peppers, and it was not tasty at all. The quality was lacking for the $8+ sandwich. No seating and my coke zero bottle was frozen. Turn you refrigerator temp up, please. I will be going back but only because I bought 2 groupons...

The food was great, the price is slightly high. Service is poor. Takes a long time to take orders.
