Strong Place

We enjoyed coming here before for its fun atmosphere, good food and friendly staff but love it even more now thanks to some great new menu items with interesting combinations. My favorites are the falafel with jalapeno and kale/farro dishes for dinner and potato latkes at brunch. The oysters are always good too.

Tried the oyster poor boy, oysters were NOT crispy delicious, but heard other dishes were good. Tried the clam stew with house made chorizo, potatoes fennel The potatoes were crunchy raw. Asked the wait person what the raw veg was, she checked with the cook/chef and was told it was a mistake, "potatoes should have been precooked before going into the stew. If they had adjusted our bill or offered a dessert, it would have been nice, but they didn't. Will not be going back.

The backyard is our hidden gem. Fun place to enjoy some wonderfull food in a cute setting.

One of my fav places!! I treck over there from the Upper West Side. Such a great ambiance and very inexpensive for what you get. The scallops are delicious...and there's a parsnip soup on the menu that I dream about. Check it out.

By far the best new restaurant in this neighborhood. I can't wait for the backyard to open.

I could do without the televisions but the food, beer, and service are fantastic. Great value.

The menu was more interesting than anything else around yet still pretty simple. Brunch was perfect. The baked eggs are to die for
