I work in area and everyone in our building has the same complaints. The prices they charge you at the register do not match the menu. When you ask specific questions about the menu the employees are impatient and disrespectful, and when you get your order back to the office, 9 times out of 10 it will be wrong. Avoid!

If you don’t know what to eat this is your place they have everything. There’s not much variety in the neighborhood but this place has it all. If you’re looking for good pizza in the area I advise you go to casa Bianca which is on 57th walking down 11th. Sandwiches are good, Panini’s and soups. The staff has been friendly since I began coming here four years ago but I don’t advise phone orders.

I order delivery from this place quite often - fast service and good, fresh deli food - but with their prices it adds up fast !

I have to agree with what some of comments. You have to be careful with what you get because the cashier is very over charge happy!! The food is alright nothing to brag about. You might as well get the pizza from across the street. Overall food is just ok.

This place charges way more than the food is worth. Everything is very bland. The service is pretty bad. They constantly mess up the order if you pay with a credit card over the phone for delivery. but cash orders seem to come much faster and more accurate. Most of the staff is non english speaking.,and pizza slices are tiny and the most expensive i have seen in nyc

I've been here three times. The first time I got coffee. The second time I got a bag of chips and was berated by the cashier for not having a bill smaller than $20 (take it up with Chase, buddy). The third time I was told it would cost an extra $1.25 to go from a bagel to a much cheaper wrap on a breakfast sandwich. Don't waste your time and money at this place - they obviously know there aren't many options in the neighborhood, and take advantage of customers accordingly. On the flip side, my coffee was pretty good.
