Strokos is one fine place. They offer a large variety of foods and a great assortment of pastrys. If you are in the area check it out.

My co workers order from strokos all of the time especially their breakfast sandwiches which are great. Pasta dishes are average. The deli meats are not boars head which make the sandwiches average. The seasoned meats from the hot selection of food include beef corn beef and pork are all seasoned to perfection and amazing! The soups are a little salty. The pizza is average. The prices are a little expensive depending out what you purchase. I recommend when you pay for your food that you ask them how much they charged you, sometimes the ladies at the register get a little charge happy!

Well I tried Strokos for the first time, ordered the Veggie Burger Deluxe with Cheese... comes with a pickle and coleslaw. It's basically a shot of coleslaw, maybe two spoonfuls at best! The pickle it comes with tastes more like a cucumber!! The Burger, well it's not one of those frozen patties, which is a plus. But it just wasn't up to par, I would definitely pass on it! I've heard from coworkers that the pizza is horrible. Price is average for Midtown, and they have a wide variety of choices, but sometimes its wisest to master a few things rather than offer everything under the sun!!

I long for the vege pizza, I like the selection, food is fresh and hot. I go there often.

Me and my boyfriend dined there on 10-16-08, we were greeted by the cashier. He added everything up and said our total was $31 and change, we handed him $32 and he gave us coins (makes sense). Now as we are eating our meal, we notice that our receipt reads $21 not $31, when my boyfriend went to inquire, he insisted that there was nothing he could do and that we had to speak to the manager. We called the next day to see if their cash drawer had in fact been over $10 for that day but we just kept getting the run around. I found it ridiculous that him being in charge of the register could not tell us if the drawer was over or not. I will never eat here again.

The food - I've tried a variety of things from the menu and have not once been disappointed. The quality is high, the portions are generous. The service - The employees are unusually pleasant and attentive. There's almost a family atmosphere among them. The atmosphere - Nice interior. Roomy and large eating area.

...this place is just like many in Manhattan...if you are not happy or you take too long......"NEXT!!" I have been told if I don't like it, I don't need to order. The staff have been rude but generally work pretty hard. The food is OK, The prices are way high but they have a nice wide menu.
