Fantastic
Steak Frites is one of those places that you went years ago and you just stopped going for no reason. I was there the other night with a group of friends and we had a fantastic time. It has become that neighborhood bar/restaurant that you can go over & over again and have a FAB time - a good drinks, great staff, fantastic energy, and a yummy meal. As I was leaving with my friends, we were all like see you next Friday - same time & same place. Yep, it's my new Friday local :)

Amazing
Steak frites has some of the best food. I frequent here probably twice a week and have never been disappointed. Everything on the menu is cooked and prepared to perfection. The service is on point every time the wine selection is delicious and great wait staff...all in all best place around and gold stars for everything across the board

Never Ever had a problem
Great burger, charcuterie, poulet, steak tartare, tuna tartare, and fries...I've been more times than my wallet would care for but it's great food and reasonable. Beautiful place and great waiters who can be slow but I guess they adopt the French attitude towards serving ;) love this place.

Not recommended
This restaurant was terrible. Our steaks were burned, not med rare as ordered; they only had one menu for our party of five people to share; and we spent most of the evening with empty water glasses.

Amazing Burger
I am very surprised to see everyone ripping on this place. They have hands down one of the better burgers in the city.

Poor service and disappointing food
I was really disappointed when I brought my family from out of town. I had gone there previously for restaurant week and it was excellent, but this time was a huge disappointment. I ordered the special scallops and spaghetti, the scallops were overcooked. My cousin ordered a steak med rare and it looked more like well. Another one was ordered for med well and it look well well done and very dry. The mussels were not very fresh. The caesar salad had almost no dressing. There seemed to be only 2 servers and service was very slow and the place was not packed on a wed night. They would bring bread but only when i ask, but would forget the butter. I ask for a straw and get it 15 min later.
