Best Raw Cafe in NYC
Me and Pavel went to SproutCraft today. Presentation, freshest ingredients from local market, balanced taste, not heavy on nuts, ambience of the spiritual center - overall great dinner! Thank you, guys! Coconut water kefir blended with local peaches & raspberries - yum. We ended up buying the whole 1 litre bottle of their signature drink. Eric advised us to drink 2 ounces per day as a live probiotic drink. I can't wait till tomorrow morning!

Great live food! Exciting flavors
This cute little place is tucked upstairs by the Atmananda yoga studio. Very friendly staff and clientele. Unlike some of the other sprouted/live food restaurants in the area, at SproutCraft you don't have to pay $20 for an entree. The food is really flavorful and surprisingly filling. Love the kale salad-- it tastes really fresh and they've got a some sort of dressing on it that really makes the dish. Sometimes they have a Thai coconut soup which is great. On the more filling side, I love the sprouted mushroom wrap, the lentil croquettes, and the sunflower tostada. Ooh, and the chocolate coconut pie is great for desert!
