Best in the city. Hands down.
These are the best, most moist, delicious cupcakes in the world. I have had many from other popular bakeries like Crumbs and Magnolias,etc. and I think they are terrible - the cake part always bothers me - it is always crumbly and weird and never moist like these are. I find every excuse I can to go to Sprinkles! Every once in a while you try a flavor that is only so-so, but for the most part, they are terrific. Plus they have excellent customer service - picked some up for an office party and they hooked me up with 3 free cupcakes because they accidentally charged me for an extra cupcake. LOVE them!

Great red velvet
I'm really picky about my red velvet cupcakes, and these are the best that Ive tried so far, nice and moist not too sweet and not over loaded with frosting. I've yet to try the other flavors but the RV is fantastic.

So Over-Rated
These are subpar cupcakes. Candace Nelson should not be allowed to be a judge on cupcake wars. We tried a few different flavors and nothing was good.

Poorest cupcake ever
I got 4 cupcakes one day when I felt like having some sweets at home. These are the poorest cupcakes I have ever had. They are flavorless, dry, the frosting is grainy. They really had no flavor. Plus, are those little things on top of the cupcake plastic or just really bad frosting? Will never go back.

Overrated
What a disapointment! Had been waiting for this place to open! Cupcake was dense and not flavorful and the frosting was too sugary-sweet! There are much better places in the area!

Not worth it
Living in Manhattan there are some of the best bakeries around and while these are good they are not GREAT! I have tasted better, some much better. I was very excited to try Sprinkles and was a bit let down. I will not go back because there are places that are better.. As I said they are not bad, just that there are better and for 3.50 a cupcake I am going to get the best ones I can find and these are not it!
