Many Better Options Around Than This
I'm new to the Heights, but I've already ordered from a number of Chinese places. I typically get a spring or shrimp roll as appetizer, and chicken or beef fried rice. This place is the only one so far that I found really bad, even repellent. Everything was mediocre if not plain awful. Try either Amy's or No. 1 Chinese Restaurant - both are much better than this crap.

why are there no goo chinese restaurants in Wash. Heights?
we just ordered from this place last night, based on the previous review. the food's pretty delicious, very flavorful, and has the consistency of what chinese food should be. i say this because we've gone through like 5 places and the food feels weird and doesn't taste right. thank you previous reviewer for pointing us in the right direction. i gave it 4.0s in Atmosphere and Service because i didn't actually go inside, and didn't think it was fair to give it negative points...

Cheap, Fast, and Delicious!
The way Chinese food should be. I love this place and am amazed that I am the first to comment. I'd give all of the categories 5s up there, but I'm holding out in hopes that one day there will be a place where the food is not only tasty but the servers compliment me whenever I walk in, good music and/or trashy TV is always on, there are bean-bag chairs, and somehow I got skinnier from eating its food. A girl can hope. Until then, this place comes pretty close... as long as you're not eating there. It's a little cramped, there are only a few tables (we're in New York after all) but I'm sure that take-out or delivery options solve that problem. Everyone seems to be on top of his game. And along those lines, they are great with substitutions, extras, etc. To be honest, I've only had take-out there, but each time, the man at the counter has been so friendly--and the food so good--that he's made my day. And so has the egg-drop soup. It's to die for.
