amazing
Walked into this place kind of randomly, and was surprised by absolutely delicious food for a great value. Extremely fresh ingredients, including the pasta. The diver scallop appetizer is probably the best scallop dish I've ever had. The fried shrimp was just a bit too oily and battery, but this hardly put a dent in my overall feeling about the food. The pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff were genuinely friendly and interested in making us comfortable and happy.

unreal.
This was THE freshest, most delicious food i have had in a long time. comparable to the food in Italy. The pasta is made right in front if you, the service was phenomenal, the bar tender is a wine expert, and food was more than fabulous. I will be back again and again.

amazing homemade pasta
soo good. went with girlfriends for dinner earlier this week and was pleasantly surprised. loved the calamari artichoke appetizer and the AMAZING pastas. we will definitely have to go back!

Best value for great Italian in NYC
This restaurant was superb in every way. It was a random find off the Internet, and we were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of our dining experience. The service was attentive, friendly, and not intrusive. Water glasses were filled regularly. The sommelier suggested an excellent and affordable wine for the table. The music selection was current, fun, and tasteful. Every dish we ordered was interesting and exquisitely prepared. And the bread - yum! They brought out fresh ricotta and sundried-tomato olive oil with it. We felt like we were in a $50-an-entree restaurant, but without the pricetag. Will definitely go back there - highly recommend.

dont usually write these, but its my new fav. best mussels in the EV better than casimir and pasta is better than perbacco. nice and reasonable wine list, and other prices. love the experience
