With its warm, welcoming interior as well as stunningly flavorful dishes it should have to problem keeping its limited seating packed to capacity. The Pumpkin Lasagna and the Cocoa-flavored Gnocchi with wild boar were the highlights of the meal. The portions from the selection of Cheeses and Cold Cuts were a tad small and the choice of three is not enough to be the only appetizer shared between two.

We were excited to give Spiga a try and were disappointed. It took the server more than 5 minutes to greet us and take our drink order (and they weren't busy). The baccala appetizer was difficult to eat and should have been sent back to the kitchen. We tried the garganelli and the lasagna. Actually, my companion ordered the seafood pasta and they brought the garganelli instead. The server acknowledged that it was the incorrect entree and made a half-hearted attempt to correct it. At that point, we decided that we should just go with it and keep the garganelli. The lasagna was fine, nothing special. The garganelli consisted of penne with broccoli and a few bits of pork. We decided to cut our losses after the entrees. Two glasses of wine (a very light pour), one poor app and two pasta dishes - $80.

Yikes was this good. Interesting and novel menu with unusual combinations. The cod in three styles burst with flavor and the duck, wow suberbly done. A wonderful staff, awesome wines finish this place off. A great find

I had a very enjoyable dinner here. The atmosphere was lovely, and very intimate and cozy for a cold winter night. The bartender suggested an excellent wine. The food was good; the pumpkin ravioli was superb. My only complaint is that it was already packed after being open one week, and we had to wait for a table at 10 p.m.

This new place is a great find. The food is authentic and creative. It is out of this world. The Italian chef came to our table to make sure everything was okay. The wine list has great selections. It was refreshing to have a woman somelier! We had the seafood pudding and the cod appetizers - unique without being too weird. For entrees we had the salt-crusted fish and the vegetarian lasagna. Excellent. The chef sent the desserts on the house and they were fantastic as well. Our daughter who is only 3 loved everything, including the pumpkin ravioli she ordered. This is our new favorite place - welcome to the neighborhood!
