Beautiful interiors and pretty good food. Cocktails are pretty unique and good too. Reasonable prices. Great for hanging out with friends or going out for a relaxing date. Just make sure you make reservations so you don't have to wait an hour for a table even if you're just 2.

I made a reservation before i went there for dinner and the hostess was a bit grumpy. The place was packed but we were seated promptly. The waiter was very courteous and attentive. The food was awesome and the place looked really cozy and nice. Highly recommend to make reservations and be there on time to avoid delays in waiting.

The high prices and long wait do not justify the quality of the food which is at most mediocre.

we were there at 8 o'clock for a 9 o'clock reservation. and even though it was a busy night, we were seated in 45 minutes. service was excellent. its interior design was original and felt very spacious. the food was exceptional especially when its compared to the other restaurants in the city in this price range. (which wasn't high at all). it was spicy but spice didn't kill the taste of the dish. i highly recommend it to people who are tired of paying $100 for a bottle of wine and 2 orders of pasta.

My friends and I went there this past Saturday night. We had a reservation at 9pm, we did not get seated till 10pm. The time went by fast, while waiting at the bar... excellent cocktails! After finally getting seated we enjoyed everything about this place, the food, service and atmosphere, and of course the cocktails! I would just suggest you do not go there on a Saturday night!

The food wasn't that great. I came on time for my 6 p.m. reservation on a Saturday and even though the restaurant was totally empty, they didn't seat me until half an hour later. Once I was seated, I had to wait another 20 minutes to even be handed the menu. All the waiters and waitresses were snobbish and I was put-off by the backless uniforms on the waitresses. Due to the subpar service I skipped dessert but unfortunately I heard that they had good desserts. Maybe next time, a long time from now, I will stop by only for desserts.

I was really excited to have dinner at Spice Market, I had walked by it several times and it always looked packed so naturally I assumed that the food would be spectacular. The ambiance is heavenly, the architecture in the restaurant can't compete but albeit the environment, the food was sub-par. Apps/salad were the best part of the meal. Entrees were far from enticing. Drinks were yummy but pricey ($13) as to be expected anywhere in the meat packing district. Service was good. The place was full of business people (mostly men) and some families. Wish the atmosphere could be duplicated somewhere else where the food is good! Wont be going back there again.
