Poor Service
Delivery was extremely slow- took forever! If you're hungry and want your food within a reasonable time, order elsewhere

90 minute wait for cold delivery
Ordered delivery on weeknight expecting it to take no more than 30 minutes. Food arrived after 90 minutes and it was cold and subpar. Don't order the thai crepe rolls , they look like squished dumplings and taste like crap. The drunk man noodles were greasy and looked like they had been sitting out for hours. When I tried complaining to the delivery man, he did not speak enough English to understand my complaints, conveniently.

Wish I had read these reviews first!
After a long wait for delivery (OK it is New Year's Day), food arrived cold and tasteless. I have ordered in from other Spice restaurants around Manhattan and Brooklyn so was expecting my neighborhood franchise to be consistent with the others--not so--not by a long shot!

Wow! Service gone bad........
Our appetizers came out in a half hour (we believe they gave our dish to the fella by the window - side note - the restaurant was maybe a 1/4 full). Ahhh, finally the appetizers. Very good. Interrupted by the main course delivered 5 minutes later. What a joke. Will never go back even being within 2 blocks. Good food, but learn how to treat your customer.

Delivery issues
Ordered lunch for delivery...waited 30 minutes only to receive the wrong meal. Called back and they said they'd send the replacement. It's been 40 minutes and I'm still waiting. When I called, I was told that the delivery left a while ago...but he had a lot of bags. Not looking forward to receiving a cold replacement order more than an hour after I placed the original order. Certainly not the first time I've had issues with them with delivery. And the food is hit and miss

Thai around town
While I don't usually enjoy chains, even small ones, Spice is consitantly good. The service is always great and when eating out it's a clean, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing place to go for either a date or night out with friends. *Papaya salad is one of the spiciest I've had.
