ate noodles there once and was good. got same noodles delivered and was greasy bland and overcooked. do not order pork chops or you will regret it! also, the wait staff eats right next to you in dining area. thought that was very odd

I've been to this place a couple of times and its always very good, I usually get drunk man noodle, which has some great flavor. I've also ordered from here on a few occasions (maybe 4) and the first 3 were great. Last time I ordered though they took over an hour, I called a couple of times to check on the food...the first time they said that the food was on its way, same deal the second time, then the third time they put me on hold and then the line went dead. So now I'm not sure if I can ever go back...there are other thai places in the neighborhood.

I was afraid to order based on some of the reviews!But ... I had no problems, delivery was fast and the food was excellent!!! It was my first time and I will definitely order again!!

I order delivery from here probably twice a month and it is the best Thai that I have had in NYC. My favorite dishes are the martini crispy shrimp, the green curry (very spicy) and the cashew chicken nut. The delivery is always fast and reliable as well. My only complaint is that their rice portions have gotten extremely small, so I always order extra,

I order lunch from this place all the time and love it. If they aren't super busy, in the middle of the lunch rush, I have my food in about 15 minutes. If they are really busy, it might take 35-40 minutes (you can tell if they're busy when you call). Eating at the restaurant is nice too. It's a bit cramped, but the room has a nice feel to it and the service is good. This is not the best Thai food in the city by any measure, but it's very good and the lunch specials are a great deal.

If you want to be treated like jenny humphry by queen bee blair waldorf, welcome to the real life version of gossip girl. This woman gives Leighton a run for her proverbial money, treating you like a girl wearing last season's giuseppes. I politely asked her for a recommendation, and she SHRILLED at me like I was asking her if she'd come over and clean my apt. She said "I DON'T give recommendations." Ok, well what did she think of the Thai Volcanic chicken. She hung up. Thanks Mees Blair.

My husband is a huge fan of Thai food - particularly Spice's Bangkok Garlic and Vegetables with chicken - so we generally order from here a few times a month. We've definitely had our share of issues with them - raw chicken satay, appetizers missing from our order, etc. Another given when we order is the always-rude woman that answers the phones - she literally barks at you, and puts you on hold 15 times without even asking you to hold. Fine -this is NYC, it comes with the territory. Well, last night took the cake. My husband was craving some BGAV, so I called up to place our order. I decided that I wanted to try something new, so I asked about the Cashew Chicken - was it chicken breast, or dark meat? The girl replied "I don't know - it's chopped up." Obviously this was not the information I was looking for, so I (very politely) asked her if she would please ask the Chef, or someone else who might know, and she VERY nastily replied "DOES IT REALLY MATTER?" I was dumbfounded. I understand that Spice is busy, and Sunday evenings are probably one of their busier nights, but seriously, wtf is that? My husband called back 4 times to speak to the manager, but they didn't pick up (we obviously didn't place our order). I am so disgusted with the way I was treated - I will never order from them again.
