Drunken Man noodles
Never been inside, but they got some tasty dumplings, Phuket Pineapple fried rice, and Drunken Man Noodles. Delivery is spot on, whether I'm at home/work or inclement whether is afoot.

awful
this was probably the single worst restaurant experience we have had in new york city. The service and atmosphere were fine, but the food was absolutely disgusting. My husband and I shared 3 dishes, and we couldn't finish any of them bc they were so awful. One was tasteless, one was ice cold, and the last was a chicken dish with rubbery fake tasting chicken. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to Land in the 80s.

Ordered delivery, guy on the phone was so rude
I usually order from this Spice for reliable Thai, but Not anymore! I'm switching to another Thai place!! The guy on the phone was so rude and hung up on me when I tried to ask whether the delivery guy would have change for a 50 dollar bill. If not, I was going to use a credit card. I tried calling back numerous times... no one answered, and finally I called from my Google Voice number. THEN they pick up. I don't understand this b/c all I did was try to order food! Then he said it was on the way... yah, 40 minutes later. Service FAIL!

more than met expectations
Food was terrific, and cocktails were delicious as well. Service wasn't great, but not poor, and the atmosphere was nice enough that the slow pace of the dinner wasn't annoying. I will definitely be back.

Positive Review
This place is in need of a positive review. Service most have improved since last year. I have ordered out and eaten in many times in the last year with only positive experiences. Delivery is very fast and reliable. Dining in service is also very respectful, attentive and fast. Food quality is excellent. The pad thai and drunken noodle is consistently excellent. Never had a poor experience here. Previous reviewers are either total snobs or this place has undergone major costumer service changes.

Bad service poor atmosphere
The back of the establishment smelled like a wet mop. The service was poor I had to go get the waitress. The food was cold. The one in Union Square was way better. Would never go here again.

Long delivery time, cold food than attitude!
Last week we ordered from Spice, we called twice b/c the food was taking so long and my husband ordered fish. When it arrived it was ice cold, the penang chicken was good. When he called to complain he was put on hold for 10 minutes than had to argue to get his money returned and the food picked up. Decided to try to order again tonight because I liked their penang, well, as soon as someone answered they yelled something in Thai and put me on hold, after 5 min I hung up. I will NO longer give Spice my business.
