    Wonderful

Went here New Year's Eve around 10 pm (they were closing at 11). $14 price fixe, if you can believe it. Seating very prompt. Service highly attentive. Food absolutely delicious--especially the spinach dumplings. Look modern and inviting. Can't wait to go back!

    Disappoitnment

When I go to a Thai Restaurant - I like to eat the pork chops because of the way they make it - lemongrass, garlic, ect. But this place - very disappointing - the porkchops tasted like they just put waterdown barbecue sauce on it - not good - compared to other thai restaurants -the porkchops are finger licking good and i mean that literally the thai ice tea is good as well as the dessert - a banana dessert - if i do go there again - i will try the pad thai i like to try a restaurant twice bedore making a decision but i know i will not get the pork chops there again

    Subpar

I went to Spice in the village based on the one in Chelsea which is great and always reliable. The food here though is below average, even finding ingredients being used in certain dishes that aren't supposed to be used! They need new chefs here, I can cook better Thai food at home.. I also ordered take out and the lady at the register asked me if I would like my $3 change back.. DUH!

GREAT FOOD -but not the best place

I came here for dinner 3 times and had a great pad-see-eww! BUT, the music is always WAY to loud. If youre going to go to SPICE go to the one on university of the one closer to union square

    no bathroom sink

I went here with a friend because we were trying to find a place to get pasta and a bottle of wine. Well, we decided on Thai. While the prices for bottles of wine are reasonable, they're also the cheaper bottles. The food was pretty good. I like my food spicy, and figured the name they'd know what the heck I was talking about when I said "can you make it extra spicy?" Oh, and those shrimp fritters...holy cow those were good. The server did not check back with us to see how our meal was, but she did refill our water glasses one time. Did not ask if we wanted dessert, but did ask if we needed change. Servers should always say, "I'll be back with your change." That made me tip less. Oh, and the mens bathroom did not have a sink to wash your hands. It's actually outside the bathroom door, out in the open for everyone to see you. What an odd set up.
