I used to get delivery from Spice 2-3 times per week, as their lunch specials can be a great value. But their service has gotten SO bad that I'm throwing away the menu. Food that never arrives, and when you call to ask they put you on hold and leave you there. It used to be so much better.

We order from here all the time and we really enjoy it. The vegetarian duck is fantastic and the food is generally well priced. My only issue is that the food is a little bit on the oily side. Other than that, it's great

I couldn't recall why the Spice menu had been tossed out by my office co-workers. After waiting 1 hour for my lunch delivery, it started coming back to me.. My order finally arrived - 75 minutes after I called in - and it was missing rice. RICE, a staple item.. The Spice menu remains in our office Lunch Menu binder with a note that reads 'NEVER AGAIN'.

Food is generally quite good but the restaurant is overwhelming in terms of people and often it's very difficult to get someone on the line to take your order for take out. They really need more staff. Overall a good experience though.

my coworkers and i have ordered from spice twice, and both times they forgot to deliver my iced tea. i wouldn't care but they did charge us and the stupid things cost $3.50. The second time it happened it was pouring rain out and one of my coworkers went to pick up the order. When he came back and we realized the tea was missing we called and asked them to drop it off next time they had a delivery to make. it took twenty minutes to get the person on the other line to comprehend what we were saying but they finally agreed to deliver the missing item within 15 minutes. After 45 minutes we called again and they insisted it was on the way. Another twenty minutes later I gave up and sopped over there myself in the downpour. I demanded they refund my money which they did with absolutely no apology or acknowledgment of their having LIED about the redelivery. If the food had at least been good I would have let it slide, but my pad thai was miserably tasteless and the shrimp fritter appetizers were completely foul. the tea was the only thing that would have salvaged that lunch, but they couldn't be bothered.
I had the ginger pineapple shrimp to go. There was a decent amount of shrimp but way more celery and baby corn (not sure if that was even listed in the ingredients since both are not my favorites). I also had the very very small dumplings that come with the lunch set. Eh. I would call ahead of time as that place is a mad house during lunch because of the low price. I would also recommend using cash since they have the phone line dial up deal for cards.

The food here has suddenly gone downhill - lunched here regularly for past 2 years (1-2x per week) and suddenly i find my dishes are flavorless and taste funny - What happened? New Chef? New Water? Something changed
