Started going her a while ago; convenient to office. The place is excellent so there can sometimes be a wait for a table, and for service & food, but I've found that if you advise the staff when seated things go smoothly. Specials are usually the way to go, but I love the burgers. Friendly staff- owner usually there and a funny demeanor. The bartender is quick and amusing. Atmosphere is not elegant, but very comfortable with all of the posters of western movies in Italian. Pretty good bar scene, a good place to hang out, better place to get honest food at reasonable prices.

stopped in for a quick lunch. they were busy. sat quickly and waited on immediately. service was good for the crowd. i had a panini of fresh mozzarell, arugula, tomatoes with pesto. my partner had a salad with grilled chicken. being on a point system he was worried about the amount of chicken. they misunderstood and asked if he wished for more. they did get the approximate weight to tally his points. very helpful. very good quality and portions. almost dinner size. i'd stop again.

the lasagna bolognese is heavenly. although the wait is torture. ive lost many a lunch hour sitting in there; even when i've called ahead and ordered, i still had to wait nearly my whole lunch hour to get my order.

Due to our bride's sore feet, we never made it up town after the marriage ceremony at City Hall. Her desparate cry of "Let's try here!" prompted us to at least read the menu. When that met with approval, we peeked inside; still all good! We were pleasantly surprised by our entire experience for our little unannounced "reception", seated at the back table, enjoying champagne, merlot and an authentic variety of wonderfully prepared and deliciously tasting Italian cuisine. After taking wedding pictures inside and out, we all agreed we would have to return on any lesser occasion.

I have found this to be a great local place for lunch. The food is always prepared just as I asked and tastes great. The host is most friendly and always checks to see if everything is to my liking. Sitting at the bar to eat is a treat thanks to the most helpful suggestions of the bartender. I have never had a bad meal and find this to be a terrific value and fun place for lunch.

Greeter was fairly rude, would not let us sit at a 4 person table despite having 0, yes 0, occupied. We agreed to sit at a tiny, 2 person table in the back, the service was poor with a waitstaff that didnt' speak English and rushed you through everything. The food is nothing special, in fact i would even say some of it was poor. By the time we left, there were still no 4-person tables occupied.

Stopped in by chance and found a great place. The food was absolutely terrific, we had the best burger we'd both ever tasted and the bar staff were amazing, extremely friendly and chatty. I'd definitely recommend this little bar/restaurant tucked out of view and slightly off the beaten track. Find it, it's well worth it!
