    Great veggie burger and margaritas

I cannot tell you how many sangria-swirl margaritas I have enjoyed at this place. Amazing drinks and the veggie burger is very unique. Served between two arepas and just tasty as can be. Best restaurant to hang out at after work in the summer by far!

Eaten in this place for years

My husband and I have eaten in and had delivery from SW for years. The food is great for the price. The delivery service is the best I've ever had. The person taking the order is always friendly, professional and very knowledgable about the menu. The order is always delivered quickly and completely accurate. It's a great place to sit outside when the weather is nice and the view is beautiful. The best thing about the servers is that they are very friendly and accommodating to our dog for outdoor service. This place wins big points with us for that. The worst thing is that the servers seem to be frequently overextended, so expect to spend some time waiting around for them. They have a lot of people to serve. Overall a great place.

    Beautiful Place, Great Food

This place has an amazing view and a great feel. I've been here several times and it's a nice place to sit outside, enjoy your meal and relax. On top of everything else, the food is quite the treat. Worth checking out. Especially in good weather.

    So-So

Wanted to grab something to eat before a movie. The atmosphere drew us in. We were seated at a table that was SO close to the table next to us that our waiter couldn't even fit in without his butt being on our table. So appetizing. My chair had gross stuff all over it and I had to wipe it all off. We ordered cheese fries as an appetizer and they came out incredibly fast. Like almost too fast. They were delicious though -- HUGE portion for $10. Could have used a bit more bacon. Our main courses were lacking. I had a "simple green salad" which was RIDICULOUSLY simple! A bag of lettuce poured onto a plate. Seriously. Did not have any problem with the water being refilled. The bus boy filled it after every sip I took. Overall it was so-so but with all of the choices in NYC, I don't see us going back.

    Good foods but their service.......

I agreed with most. Their service need to improve and be more professional. The management has to recognize the issue. I like their foods. The price might be a bit higher but the portion is good for two skinnies and the portion might be good if y9u want to be big. We shared the crab cakes for main dish and it was perfect for us. The angel hair pasta was very heavy with butter that you would not even want to eat a lot but do not get me wrong, it was good. This spot is also nice place before or after movie especially warm days.

    A Nice Night out

I finally made it down to Southwest after living in the area for 3 years. My husband and I had a very good time. The waiter was very fast paced, although he did mess up one of the drink orders. It was a drink of the rocks and he brought a frozen. The man who was the manager that night was very nice. He comped the drink and personally delivered a new one. He came back after our food arrived to make sure it was exactly what we had ordered. The Mahi Mahi was delicious....quesadillas were not. The waiter was helpful and checked on us numerous times during a busy Thursday. The manager who brought us the drinks was very knowledgable about the bar menu and insisted for us to come in for a drink at the bar after dinner. We did, and ended up staying till close. He was there all night and the staff seemed to really listen to what he had to say. The bar was clean, and the drinks were great. The only problem I had with this place was the restrooms. They are wayyyy too hot and I heard a few others complain about it too. Besides that, good service, and a great night!!

    it is what it is

We live in the area and we go here all the time, it's a great place to sit ouside and we can bring our dog with us. Food is okay for what it is, the hoison chicken salad is good as is the pulled pork quesadilla. The burgers are recommended as well. I'm not crazy about the seasoned fries but that's just me. The frozen margaritas are good. The service can be hit or miss, sometimes the waiters are "on" and others they just don't seem to care. the thing that drives me crazy is the bus boys just dropping the dirty plates into the bus tubs which are right next to the tables, very loud. It's nothing fancy - a good place ot sit on a nice afternoon by the water - but that's it.
