Food was cold! And all they said was 'do you want me to take it back and heat it up' we thought the food was fresh.. The people there are not pleasant.

I had such a great time here. The food was great the service was on point. The manager came to our table to greet us. I loved it. I would definitely recommend South Beach.

Place is very nice! but food was very cold and the service very poor, very slow we waited more than 1/2 hour for our food. I order churrasco and meat was cold and missing the sauce. very poor service!

Everything was great, went with my bff and enjoyed the service and food. Will def come back again when im in the area.

We were sat immediately however it took well over 20 minutes before we received service. Then another 15 minutes or so to get our drinks. I ordered a dirty martini and it was the worst one I ever had. Food was terrible and service was super slow. I wouldn't go back again. One of the worst dining experiences I've had.

First of all the assistant manager or what ever he is has bad manners. Has no patience when it comes to the customers ordering food, makes faces and tries to hurry up the process. Horrible impression being he's the leader of staff. Second of all the waiters have better manners but need more training, they're all grouped up in one spot not knowing what to do next like chickens without heads, had to wait 15 min for a glass of water. It sucks because they are nice people just need better training. For the sake of the restaurant they need better management. None the less the food was pretty good. Would recommend, but personally il give it more time for the service to develop and improve before going back.
