This is the most disappointing soul food restaurant I've ever been in. The servers are rude. The food is either overly seasoned and greasy or undercooked. The price for the small grease Mac n cheese is never worth it. They truly are in need of a cooking class. Selling Juniors cheese cake for more than originally sold for a slice at the place they bought it.

I think this is Brooklyn's best kept secret. I traveled uptown to try Manna's, Jacob's, and Spoonbread. None of the restaurants named, can touch Soul Food Kitchen. The mac and cheese was delicious and finger licking good. The BBQ ribs was juicy and tender. I plan on having Soul Food Kitchen catered my event.

I live out of town and stopped in for a bite to eat and it was perfect right on time. Nice friendly place. All that is missing is a sit in I could have eaten my food right there instead of waiting till I got to my hotel room.

I am a crab leg whore!! I looked up places online to feed my crab leg addition and came across this place. I ordered a lb of snow crab legs for lunch ( ~1PM). They were so good I ordered another lb for dinner (~6PM). I had the food delivered. The service was efficient. The staff is awesome! They catered to my every whim. This will be a staple for me. In fact, I plan to order another lb and a half of crab legs today.. UMM HMM, Now that's good eatin'!
