I'm sorry, but Song is just the best

I sorta consider myself a Thai connoisseur...I eat it up to 3-4 times a week, and Song is the best. On top of that, they are the cheapest, and give you a ton of food. The only downside is that there aren't lunch specials. However, National in Ft. Greene, which I think might be a sister restaurant does have awesome lunch specials (they are always packed) and are just as good. Yes, they did mess up my delivery once, but I called and they corrected it quickly. The delivery service is always super quick (though I'm only a few blocks away).... Their pad thai and pad see ew are simply the best. Curries are good too! Enjoy!

    delivered wrong order

Not only is the time for delivery unpredictable (up to an hour), they recently delivered the wrong order. Then they didn't answer the phone for five minutes. Finally, our order arrived after another thirty minutes--limp and cold.

Awesome food but the worst phone service

I love their food and it's really good price. But if u want to order out it never works. They never answear their phone or it's off. So if u wanna eat there u have to go there.

    Great food, poor service

I keep coming back to this restaurant because of its food. However, the service continues to be poor day in and day out. This includes service while dining in and phone service when ordering out. It irritates me to the core how rude and unprofessional the staff is. If it wasn't for the delicious Thai noodles, I would never go back to this restaurant again.

    Overstated "Thai"

I have been to a couple of Thai restaurants, and yes I know all Thai is not the same, depending on the region. But, this place tastes like your local takeout greasy Chinese food restaurant with lemongrass thrown in. Thai should be fresh and light not greasy and heavy. If you looking for good Thai and a good price thats fresh, take a trip across the bridge to Republic by Union Square.

    good food. poor service.

This place has lovely food at reasonable prices, but the service we experienced was poor. We were short one water that took ages to receive. In the middle of taking our order, our server walked away to assist another server. Two of the five people at our table didn't receive their starters until the rest of the table had finished theirs. When we asked the server about the delayed starters, rather than apologizing, he implied we were wrong and hadn't ordered what we were claiming. We didn't receive our drinks from the bar until after all of our starters had been cleared from the table, were never offered more drinks, had to ask for water refills, and asked for the check twice. Perhaps Song is a better takeaway than dine-in restaurant. We were disappointed. Won't be returning or recommending.

    Okay

Everything was okay - service was wonderful, just way too noisy for me. Not a place to go if you're looking to have conversation with a number of guests while dining
