Thank god! For reference sake I just ordered the medium white pizza. Perfection! I live above another pizza shop which is easily the poorest slice this side of town (and shall go unnamed). Solo however, makes me forget they're even there. The crust is nice, light, and tastes just right and the quality cheese they use top it off. I pretty much finished the entire thing in one sitting (I'm only 112 lbs!) that's how yummy it was. I would never hesitate to order from them again.

Not many good pizza places in Alpha City..Solo opened a few years ago.. and have been a loyal customer... Their heros are good and im a fan of the Mexican and Meat Lovers deep dish pies... Pasta entrees i think are bit overpriced.. i can pay the same for a sit down dinner down the block Overall, they make a decent slice.

My slices from this place was lacking cheese, the cheese was so so quality and the gravy had something weird going on with i,. it had a nutty kind of taste that I felt should've have been there so I threw the 2nd slice out in disgust, at $2.50 a slice it is no value, atmosphere is campy but service was quick and good.

pizza not so good, I had regular and silician, both left a acidy taste in my mouth for hours...maybe too old sauce?

I think these guys are getting carried away. They must have changed chef's because the quality of the dishes don't taste as good as it used to. I know they weren't around long but they were better when they first opened. The prices are getting outrageously high and the staff is rude.

I've lived down the street from solo before it was even there and have only had it a handful of times. You can get better pizza at the corner bodega. The service is sub-par and there is a certain arrogance about the guys that run the place.

I decided to be bold and try this place for the first time tonight and it was fantastic! We ordered a large pizza with four toppings and every one of them was quality. The mushrooms and caramelized onions were especially great. I even ate the crust for once! The large pie itself is also huge -- my boyfriend saw the box and asked if I somehow ordered an XL. Overall, it was some of the best pizza around for sure, and somehow cheaper than most of them. Our pizza also was delivered really quickly and we live ten blocks away. It even came with a coupon for a free dessert and half off our next pizza, no strings attached. Can't beat that. I'll definitely be ordering again.
