Cute, funky, open w/ great burgers
I came upon this spot while walking to one of my favorite burger spots, Fanelli's. I decided to roll the dice and check it out. I was not disappointed. The burgers were moist and tasty - not huge, but big enough. The fries were just this side of decadent with just enough salt to make you feel guilty. Service was spotty. My male companion got all of the attention even though I was positioned closest to the staff position. No one ever asked me if I wanted another drink, but he was asked twice, almost as if he was dining alone. THAT was annoying. Kitchen staff is very fast & knows what they are doing.

Not too shabby
I went there with a friend. The burger was pretty small, but still not bad. Ive had better. The atmosphere is nice. They have a lot of cute ideas in there. It is a nice addition to soho. Especially if you are down there alot/work there. It's a bit of a secret too, so you'll only find real New Yorkers there. No tourists here. Yayy. I recommend if you want a fun place to eat for sure.

Poor worst
I came into SoHo Park with a friend, looking to get an early lunch around 11:30. The cashier informed us that they didn't open for another 5 minutes and would not take our order. We sat down at a table and watched as another customer went straight up to the cashier and ordered about 30 seconds later. So, we went back up to the counter and ordered. About 15 minutes later, our food had still not arrived. Considering we were one of two parties in the restaurant, something seemed wrong. We watched as two of the cashiers sat down and ate lunch. My friend went to inquire as to where our food was and it turned out that our order had not printed out and thus the kitchen had not even started working on it. Again, I must emphasize that we were one of only two parties in the restaurant and the cashier still could not handle the workload. When the food finally came, it was not good. My veggie burger was limp and covered in unwelcomed mayo. The staff was not apologetic about forgetting our order either.

Upscale restaurant without an upscale pr
It seems the service has improved. Maybe they redid the ordering system but I sat at a table and had a waiter and it was really fast! The food was a great value but the drinks are expensive. It was pretty loud when I was there but in the summer it would probably be really relaxing. But to give you the park feel they use all disposable bowls and cups! Not that environmentally friendly if you ask me!

Interesting, but...
This place definitely has alot of potential, and you certainly get alot for your money - if you ever get it. The service here is the biggest letdown, it is almost as if they went out of their way to hire the slowest staff possible. If the food wasn't so good i probably wouldn't bother going back, although they defnintely need to work on their "premade" milkshakes, they aren't quite there

Nice addition to soho
there aren't too many places in soho to go grab a burger, chicken sandwich, or a salad and perhaps a beer in a comfortable atmosphere. while my ratings don't make it look as good as i feel it is, i do think the food is really good. the only problem in my mind is the ordering/service aspect. you have to wait in line to order and then they bring you food. but if you want, say, another beer, then you have to get in line again and wait. so, needless to say, that sucks. that being said, you don't really need service. once they bring you the food, you're fine. if you want to be waited on go elsewhere. this place is gonna do just fine. beat it. great food, great seating area.

Exactly what soho needs
I was so excited when Soho Park opened, and it wasn't yet another super expensive restaurant. Instead, they sell really great burgers in a cool atmosphere. Perfect after shopping, or a nice meal that doesn't feel like a fast-food burger place. The buns are so soft and delicious, the fries are pretty great. The onion rings were the best. I love the dipping sauces they gave me to try as well. I love the garlic aioli. I would recommend to anyone. It sure beats eating a diner burger.
