Great spot
just ate there the other night. good stuff, loved my choices. solid non fussy italian comfort food with cute romantic atmosphere

Bland tourist spot
The food here is without any taste at all. The caesar salad dressing has no taste whatsoever. The chicken was overcooked, tough and tasteless. The bread was stale and was served with a cloudy (looked to be oil, perhaps olive but the worst I have ever tasted) liquid with some flakes of basil. Add to that below par service, above average prices and tacky atmosphere it is not worth the trip. I am not sure where the other reviewers ate, but I suppose everyone has their own standards. Be that as it may, spend your money somewhere else. There are far better Italian restaurants out there.

Love it
So happy i found this place. food is delicious and atmosphere is cool. always take friends here when i need to hit up an authentic Italian spot.

A cut above the rest
These folks know how to do pasta... fresher than other local spots, but you can't go bad in little italia

Yum
SO happy I discovered this place I try to come every time I eat Italian recommend: calamari fra diavola appetizer, Risotto with asparagus and mint and the lobster ravioli

So good
I came to Sofia's on a friend's recommendation and it was friggin great. They might be the only place in Little Italy where you can still find homemade pasta and pizza...you can really taste the difference. --highly recommended
