    Nice Try

I ordered the Bulgogi burger for takeout and when I got home, I saw it was just a regular burger...that was not cooked thoroughly. You're talking to a girl who eats her meat medium rare and it was not acceptable to me. So, I got charged for the most expensive burger, received the cheapest, and it wasn't even cooked. Not the best first impression....

    Order the Yuzu Cream Puffs!

Lovely experience! Went here with a friend on St. Patrick's Day and Angelo was there. He was so gracious and was approaching every table to make sure they were pleased with their meals. The food was delicious, but having an exceptional host and friendly waitstaff enhanced the experience. We even received a free dessert from Angelo, the Yuzu Cream Puffs, which were incredible! Can't wait to go back!

    yummy birthday dinner!

We orded all 3 appetizers- The ribs and HOT wings were AMAZING! And also got all 3 tacos- the chix, corn, and coconut and the tilapia tacos were DELICIOUS!! There was so much going on-flavor-wise- in the kung poa chicken sandwich--but they ALL worked so perfectly together!! the ONLY that was negative was it was my birthday...and they didn't comp the dessert :( boo but we'll certainly return!!

    I really like this place

I live in the hood, and have been 3xs already. I am not a foodie, I am just an eater. this is exactly what my hood needed. the burger is legit legit. the ribs are incredible. could eat 2 orders though. Tacos are great.

    Social eatz? We never ate.

i had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately it did not deliver. the service was poor - in an hour and 15 minutes, the only thing we were served was some water and tomato soup. our crispy spring rolls never appeared and when we asked where they were, we were eventually told by our seemingly clueless waitress that the kitchen neglected to inform her that they sold out of them. we know they had them at the time we ordered because we subsequently saw them being served to other customers. eventually when our main dish came (one of the burgers), we discovered that it was completely raw. we sent it back, and believe it or not, the next burger came out raw again. so, we asked for the check, but the embarrassed manager took care of it. we got up to leave, coats on and all, and the waitress asked us if we wanted dessert. really? yeah, don't think we will be going back there.

    Beware of Takeaway Service!

I placed a fairly large takeaway order and when I got home, I discovered that the two cream puffs were missing from the order. I called and complained and was told, "Well, we're new. . . " I'm sorry--but that's no excuse! Especially since I saw two different people look in the bags and they appeared to be checking the order. Since I don't live on the UES and since I paid cash, there was no way I could go back or get credit. The food that we did get was very good---though the pleasure was diminished. IF I ever do takeaway again, I'll make sure to check the order myself.

    Top Shelf Chef

Went to Angelo Sosa's new restaurant last night. Food was very good, waitstaff young but eager to please and Angelo - wow -an amazingly gracious host! He came by TWICE to see how things were. He's taller and more handsome in person, too. Have any of the tacos - the tortillas are made fresh daily and were delicious. Also had spring rolls - great, not greasy! Don't wait - go now b4 everyone crowds in!
