as a regular customer of snice for the past two years and west village afficionado and also speaking as someone who has worked in the hell we call customer service i must say that i am so steadily impressed with the positive and friendly vibe i recieve from mike and the rest of the snice gang. i love how when i walk in they know my name and usually my order, and go out of their way to make me feel as if i have come home. i recommend the tricolor or the vegan panini, and the carrot cupcakes are just to die for. i would avoid the date bars, they are just too messy. and as for those of you displeased with the staff, perhaps you should tip more, as it may get you further in the land of snice!

I think the food is very good overall. The service is usually prompt and friendly. When the wifi goes down, the owner seems very uninterested and so does some of the staff but for the most part they'll reset the modem when asked nicely. On weekends they put out these bizarre signs on most of the tables stating that you can only use your computer on the "community" tables since I suppose they are concerned about people lingering too much. It is dark and often you'll notice a stench on your clothing when you leave because there is not adequate ventilation since the kitchen and grill is in the center of the space. The chairs and tables are oddly designed and it can be uncomfortable sitting at the large tables in the front and back of the cafe. But I go there often and like most of the food.

Well, they do have WiFi, which works pretty reliably. Beyond that, there's not much to recommend the place. The food has no taste, regardless of what you order, and unless you can get a spot at one of the two tables in the front, you feel like you are sitting in a cave. But my biggest complaint is with the super staff. I've seen fights break out between frustrated patrons and the owner/his employees. For example, one time several customers reported that they were uncomfortable due to the cold air blowing from the fans which are always set too high. The staff's response was to ignore and mock these paying customers until they fled. Tell a worker that the WiFi cable is out, and you'll get an apathetic shrug.

I love S'nice. I live in the village and nothing beats taking a walk to S'nice on a sunny day, or a rainy day, or a very windy day... try the Vegan Panini!!! I am so stuck on it that I have stopped trying new sandwiches, which is a shame as their menu board is extensive. Another fave is the SuperHero "meat"ball sub sandwich.

I have been going to 'sNice for more than a year now, and all i can say is that is GREAT! Whenever i feel like i just need to chill, i come here to relax, and eat some delicious food. It's always pretty quiet in here, and a great place to do some work. My personal favorite is the table in the front right. But without a doubt the main attraction of the place is the food. EVERYTHING is great! My favorite is the vegetable panini. Also the soups and salads are good too. Make sure you come and try this place or you will be missing out. Memo to owners: BRING THE POT PIE WRAP BACK.

i've been going to snice consistently for over a year now and there quality has never once dropped below excellent! everything on the menu is deliciously tastey and i've never had one complaint. personal favorites include the tempeh, tofu club, and quinoia salad. ask the staff and they always recommend the cherry chocolate cookie (which is tastey but really dense!!). muffins are healthy and very filling.
