While shoping at the frantic fifth floor at Saks, I was pleasantly surprise to find SnAKS, so I desided to have lunch. I was promtly, but warmly greeted by the Matre D.My three course lunch was called "Style Lunch." The lobster bisque soup was to die for! The Minute Beef Tartine was served as an open face sandwich (wich are called tartines). The beef was tender, properly seasoned and served with a small side salad. My "crepe desert" consisted of twenty crepes layered with cream and served with mixed fresh berries. My lapsang tea was served in a wooden tea tray on a tea pot with a tea cozzy to keep it warm! My server was extremely atentive and warm. The atmophere is elegant, crisp and serene.
