Great Tasty Food with Minimum Value

Alright...I've seen bad reviews out there about this restaurant. Let's be honest, getting food in this neighborhood is not a hard task, but getting good food is not always easy. This place offers a great selection of salads, noodles, sandwiches, rices, meats and fruits. You can HARDLY find another place nearby that offers as much as this one does. The quality of the food is certainly not the best in town, but reasonably delicious. You can fill up your belly with whatever the combinations you'd like to make. The only drawback is the price - a small portion of fruit, veggies and meats can add up to anywhere around $15. If you are hungry and wants lots of food selections, definitely check it out. If you are low on budget and just want simple food, maybe you should just head to the halal food stand cross street. A six-dollar chicken over the rice can fill you up and I guarantte you'll get a stomache once get back to the office.

    Awesome place

I love this place. Their foods are delicious and fresh. The hot food is always warm and the flavor melts in your mouth, in a good way. The fruits are always sweet and fresh. Also, the drinks are very refeshing and tasty. The sandwiches are a work of art. For a ham sandwich, I expected about 2 slices of ham. The chef made a sandwich filled with about 6 slices of ham! How generous is that? The people, especially the chefs, are extremely nice and friendly. They always fix my meals exactly the way I like it. I go eat my lunch here whenever I have the opportunity and I always come out of the restaurant/deli with a full stomach and a more-than-satisfied look on my face.

    price gouger's

they openly admitted to me that they price gouge based on the fact that they are the only store in the area that sells certain products.

    watch out.

seriously check the expiration dates on the products. I have been twice and nearly walked out with expired food. and not just a week old. a bag of crisps that expired in september of last year.

    I love this place!

The people that make the sandwiches are probably the friendliest people in new york. They will make any strange combination you ask for. The salad bar is always fresh and full and never looks picked over. The bagels are great but I'm not from NY so I guess I don't really know a good bagel from a bad one. The little ladies at the cashier are not mean or nice or anything really- they are just there but they don't bother me. They have a ton of food to chose from and it's always good! Plus they have diet mountain dew in a can which is hard to come by and is my absolute favorite beverage. I'm sure there are better delis in the city but this place is cheap and good and the people are nice.

    Hmph.. not first choice

I went here, becauseit was close to my job, I should of just went to my normal place. The food was not made with love, some things just tated absolutely subpar and it roomy, but always conjested, so there really isnt any room. Yes they have a very big variety, but it wasnt as delectable as I thought it would be.
