Just got back from their salad bar-I get the same thing all of the time-when the cashier weighed it-she charged me $2:00 more than it should be-went to another cashier and when she weighed it-it was too dollars less. When I complained-she said the other cashiers register must be broken.

Went in for a 6 pack of beer... and yes I recognize everything in the area is expensive as I live nearby... They tried to charge $19.79 for a 6 pack of Blue Point! Thats borderline criminal... after exchanging harsh words with the less than friendly clerk... I left and found the same 6 pack 3 blocks away for $12.50.

I don't get the good reviews. The food in this place is not so fresh, not well seasonned, the service is unpleasant, and did I mention that it was expensive for disappointing food? Don't go there. The service is really really unpleasant.

The prices are just ridiculous. Even for Midtown Manhattan. You leave often feeling like you were taken advantage of.

Alright...I've seen bad reviews out there about this restaurant. Let's be honest, getting food in this neighborhood is not a hard task, but getting good food is not always easy. This place offers a great selection of salads, noodles, sandwiches, rices, meats and fruits. You can HARDLY find another place nearby that offers as much as this one does. The quality of the food is certainly not the best in town, but reasonably delicious. You can fill up your belly with whatever the combinations you'd like to make. The only drawback is the price - a small portion of fruit, veggies and meats can add up to anywhere around $15. If you are hungry and wants lots of food selections, definitely check it out. If you are low on budget and just want simple food, maybe you should just head to the halal food stand cross street. A six-dollar chicken over the rice can fill you up and I guarantte you'll get a stomache once get back to the office.

I love this place. Their foods are delicious and fresh. The hot food is always warm and the flavor melts in your mouth, in a good way. The fruits are always sweet and fresh. Also, the drinks are very refeshing and tasty. The sandwiches are a work of art. For a ham sandwich, I expected about 2 slices of ham. The chef made a sandwich filled with about 6 slices of ham! How generous is that? The people, especially the chefs, are extremely nice and friendly. They always fix my meals exactly the way I like it. I go eat my lunch here whenever I have the opportunity and I always come out of the restaurant/deli with a full stomach and a more-than-satisfied look on my face.
