    Better than I expected

I have only gone once to this restaurant and thought the macaroni and cheese dish was much tastier and interesting than I had expected. I had the gruyere and bacon and it was delicious. My suggestion to those who have not tried S'MAC yet is, believe it or not, to have it with the optional bread crumbs. I also had the medium size and, believe me, you better have a big appetite coming in here because I almost found this size too much to finish. I will definitely be back to this place for another inexpensive yet very tasty meal.

    This Place Is Cravable

I am not only a cheese freak but a dining out, comfort food freak. S'Mac delivers on all counts. It's a unique restaurant with a logical basic concept: comfort food served fresh... and oozing with cheese. There are plenty of varieties to choose from and even as a (mostly) vegetarian I am able to choose something new with every visit. I highly recommend the brie mac and cheese but for the un-daring the original mac and cheese is unbelieveably satisfying. Your order comes to you sizzling in a cast iron pan after being made to your specifications. The seating area is small and I consider the window seats facing the sidewalk on the right side the bast (the stairs to a basement are underneath and so you can put your legs up without dangling them). My only complaint is that the chicken isn't Free Range because the Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese sounds delicious . Whenever I crave a snack or a hot meal while in the area I ALWAYS choose S'Mac.

Cute place & tasty comfort food

The place is very kitschy and a throwback to the 1960's and 1970's. I also like the 1980's rock music that was being played. The food is very good. My girlfriend had the mozzarella and I had the manchego. The mozzarella was was garlicy and delicious and the manchego was very mild with a nice flavoe of the fennel. Get there early or else you'll be waiting for for a table.

Amazing-just need a few kinks worked out

I love S'mac. i eat there like twice a week, which I know is terrible for me, but its that addicting. I always get the breadcrumbs and feel they're a delicious addition. I've tried almost every kind they have and really enjoy the mozzarella, 4 cheese, brie and goat cheese. The buffalo chicken special was quite good too. Usually the mac and cheese is good and cheesy, but at times it can be too creamy...I think this may be due to different cooks. They don't allow substitutions which is a downer as well. Also the minimum delivery charge is a bit much. But still I'd reccommend it.

Some pretty great mac & cheese! cute too

Two of us went to S'Mac last night and thought it was great! We got there around 9 and it was pretty packed. Luckily there was only one person in front of us on line but there were a few people waiting for a table to open up. We found one within a few mins after we paid. The mac & cheese came out in about 10 mins or so, and it was blatantly ooey and gooey... how a M&C SHOULD be! We ordered 2 medium sized ones... the Cheeseburger and the Cajun. The cheeseburger was by far our favorite, although we couldnt really taste the ketchup and mustard that it says is in there. The Cajun also had a good flavor but it might have been a little too much for us. We focused mainly on the Cheeseburger. We'd definitely go again and can't wait to try their other flavors!!

    Great addition to the neighborhood!!

Love this place. I've been here a few times, and have never been disappointed. My fave is the Mozzarella; very cheesy and tasty. Have also tasted the cheeseburger, all-American, and Turkey (a special dish during Thanksgiving), and all have been great. The owners, Sarita and Cesar are very friendly and warm. Even when they are not there, their staff runs a very efficient place. The only downside, if you can call it that, is that it sometimes gets so busy that you have to wait to get a table. Guess that's not a bad thing if you're the owners, LOL. Highly recommend going.

    Not good, mediocre at best.

If you like macaroni and cheese, don't come here. I went and had the jumbalaya style mac and cheese, and my fiancee had the gruyere one. Both were extremely bland, which is definitely not what you want in mac and cheese. It was much more creamy than cheesy, which was a big negative. If you like the stuff from the box, then you definitely won't like the stuff here.
