    Great place but hard to get a seat

    We made a special trip to get to S'Mac but arrived at a busy time. We had to wait for a table... The tables are jammed in there and it can be difficult to move around. The food was AMAZING.... I had the sampler which was fun...my son had the Buffalo Chicken MacandCheese....that was THE BEST!! I had a hard time getting any leftovers away from him!!

    Great food, but very poor customer service

    The food at smac is awesome but customer service is not. Staff is very rude; they took my order as if it was a chore and the cashier had a bad attitude. The food is definitely worthy of another trip, but be wary of rude staff!

    Food is ok but service is not good

    I've been going to s'mac since it opened. Congratulations to them for having a successful business because that must explain why they can't seem to treat their customers too respectfully. As other people have stated here already you'll find at the restaurant it's often a fight to get a cramped table. I decided to stop going and eating in but then they opened an adjacent store front which is to deal solely with deliveries and takeout. Good idea in theory except they have ruined it in practice. Rarely will they answer the phone, often times its just a machine explaining that they're too busy or you can try to order online. Numerous times they actually tell me that they're not doing deliveries because they're too busy so I decided to try and order to takeaway but can't actually get someone to actually answer and take my order on the phone. If you are fortunate to get a human to answer then expect to be put on hold for 3-5 minutes and then be treated rudely. Treat your customers with respect. If your business is thriving to the point where you can't supply your patrons with adequate service because you're understaffed maybe it would be wiser to have a better system with more and adequate employees to deal with. Supply and demand. Good luck with making improvements because the food is decent but I've tried eating in, ordering delivery, and even going to pick up and it's become nearly impossible to even get food from them.

    let me down

    I've always been a fan of S'Mac. However, on my last visit I paid for the Alpine with tomatoes and broccoli. I said yes to bread crumbs. When I got home, neither tomatoes, broccoli, or bread crumbs were located in my box. The tomatoes and broccoli cost me a noteworthy amount of additional money too. Still delicious, but waste of my money.

    Couldnt even try it / Poor Service

    I wish I could try the food but too bad I couldnt get service at the restaurant and also being on hold on phone for 20 min.

    Must have attitude to work here

    Food is classic with a creative twist, but the service could use some help. There is no need to be so rude to people who just want to order mac and cheese.
