S'Mac

Used to love S'Mac, as it was a great option for my family since a few of us have Celiac Disease and can't eat wheat. My dad also can't have cow dairy, so we always make sure to note that on his order and he only eats their goat cheese. Unfortunately, we noticed his "Build Your Own" major munch the other night looked like there was cow cheese on top of it, so we called the store. The girl that answered told us that regardless of what the orders say, they always top all orders with either mozzarella or provolone because "it won't look right" if they don't - and this is not mentioned ANYWHERE on their menu. The next day my dad spoke with a manager, who did apologize and said to speak with the owner. We won't be going back to S'Mac.

A great dinner tonight for our party of three with varying tastes. I had the buffalo chicken--spicy, tangy, and amazingly filling even in the nosh portion. My friends had the Napoletano (great garlicky taste) and the Parisienne (he loved the shitakes and figs with the brie!). Highly recommended! They just need more seating.

Buffalo chicken and the cajun are just too good for being your standard mac and cheese. You have to try this place out at least once if your a fan of food.

This was delicious! I ordered the Major Munch size and it was plenty for dinner and made a great leftover for lunch. The website I ordered from said delivery could take up to 90 minutes. I was concerned about this, but then happily surprised when my delivery came in about 20 minutes! Great, wholesome comfort food!

Service was poor, and food overrated. I can melt cheese and add a cup of salt for free on my own. When i asked if there were any good local dessert places near by i got a "no" and scoffed at. ok?? you dont offer anything here either

I've ordered from S'Mac before and it was it OK - I def liked it. It was good, not great. Well my co-workers insisted that i try it again this time of year b/c they have a Thanksgiving themed dish that comes with turkey in it and cranberry and gravy on the side. We placed a delivery order that valued over $100 and waited. The food came when they said - one hour. I have no problems with that - they set the expectations that it would be an hour from the start. Except they forgot to bring the cranberry and gravy on the side. When we all opened up our dishes and realized this, we called the store, were put on hold for 5 mins and had to hang up and call back. When we finally got somebody on the phone and informed them of the error we were told "they were busy" and couldn't commit to bringing us back the sides....after we spent over a $100 mind you! Being busy is not an excuse for incompetence and bad customer service. I like Mac-n-cheese but I'll be getting it elsewhere moving forward.

The food is so good, delivery is quick. I hate actually going here though because there are never enough seats, I always end up just walking home and eating. Get the MEDITERRANEAN, it's awesome
