The food is great here. The sliders are so much better than any others I have tried anywhere. I have been here a few times and have tried almost all of them. They have 3 combo platters with 3 different types on each. My favorite is the global combo and the duck sliders. The starters section on the menu is pretty large also. My favorite however are the shakes. WOW is all I can say for those. You can get them with booze.

This place is awesome due to the fact that they have many bacon options and who doesn't love bacon? Service was prompt and I can't really say much about what the other reviewer wrote about not being greeted because we were. Get the bacon wrapped bacon!!!

Went there on a Sunday evening with a Groupon. The restaurant was not very busy. There was no hostess at the "hostess stand." Four people were at the bar, two of which appeared to be staff, yet no one greeted us. We had to wait to be seated. Not a great first impression, but we let it pass. Waitress was quick to supply menus & did give us time to make our food & drink choices. Our food came out very quickly, we had the chix & waffles and the bulgogi. The combinbation of flavors on both types of sliders was fantastic! Now, the 2nd problem of the evening. We ordered one of the spiked shakes, which came halfway through our meal (really how long does it take two people to eat 6 sliders & fries). We asked about the shake twice and we were told "they take time to make." I was able to see our waitress from where I was sitting & she spent more time texting than following up on our shake order. I heard the blender running for another shake order, but it took the kitchen way too long to get it up and running for our shake order to the point that had I been able to get the waitress' attention I would have cancelled the order. Waitstaff was not very attentive or interested in getting everything to the table at the same time. It was not a very warm evening but a couple came in and wanted to sit outside. Problem number 3, a staff member and the couple head outside, but leave the door open to the dining room while the rest of the staff tries to figure out how to turn on the heat lamps. Finally, my husband got up and closed the door. Maybe we had the "B team" since it was a Sunday evening, but the staff seemed to have no direction & no one overseeing them. Although the food was fantastic, we will not be returning anytime soon due to the lack of service, the appearance of a disinterested waitstaff & no one present to give them direction.

The food was good, and a big improvement over the last restaurant that occupied this space. The menu is primarily sliders, but there is enough variety among them to please most people. I had the smoked duck sliders, which were great. Be sure to order fries on the side, because they don't come with any. The real detractor here was the service and the kitchen speed. The food came out slowly, and the services checked back very infrequently to see if we needed anything. I think that they did their BlackBoard Eats deal a little prematurely because the place was busy, but they couldn't keep up. I will go return, but will give them some time to iron out the service kinks first.
