We'd never tried out this restaurant - a few blocks from where we live - because it was inconspicuous and seemed to serve the usual greasy fare. After reading the good reviews, we decided to give it a try and were blown away! We ordered vegetable soup and steamed vegetable dumplings and watched as they made the soup from scratch! It was full of vegetables and tasted much better than the soup we get at any other Chinese vegetarian restaurant!! We highly recommend this place and thank the reviewers for the heads up!

Since there's a scary looking Chinese place on every corner, I'm thankful to have found this place (based on the other reviews). I can reiterate that the order is always right, the people on the phone are clear, the food isn't greasy, the delivery is fast, and it's cheap. What else do ya want? I've also picked up before and the guy at the front desk is very friendly.

Delivery: Great food for the price. You never have to repeat yourself twice on the phone, and great and fast service. Try the dumplings: awesome! Cons: Remember to have your exact change you want to give. The delivery guy never seems to have change.

For what it is, your standard neighborhood Chinese takeout joint the food is good and not too greasy (rare for Chinese takeout). The owner can usually be found at the front counter speaking English, Spanish, or Chinese to customers and going out of his way to take care of people. Service is accommodating, friendly and fast.

For the past year i have ordered from SLK and they are pretty efficient, friendly and the food is great! Not too greasy, especially with their fried rice. Like a "typical" Chinese fast food restaurant, i dont recommend dining in.... since there is no where to dine!!!! but do take out! HH
