Great Cheeseburger, Not Service
Service really needs to change at Silver Spurs, I was seated down by a very unfriendly waitress (no hello or smile or welcome) and given a menu, then she returns and takes my order but takes away the menu before I'm even able to order a drink! when I called her back to the table she didn't even excuse herself. The cheeseburger was one of the best I've had, but the fries were very oily. Not to mention a cheeseburger with fries and a soda (which I didn't even get a refill for) was $15.50.

Blech
Ordered from Silver Spurs for lunch today, not impressed. Their burger was actually pretty good but I asked for a side of Mac and Cheese and it was trash. Just wet noodles with some cheddar cheese melted on the top. Absolutely disgusting, especially for the high price.

Never Go There
The service was terrible. The waitress lied and argued! The food was poor quality. Our food was not all brought at once, the meal was half over before the rest was served and what was served was deplorable. If you only want a fairly acceptable meal do not go there. It's not even that good. So sorry we went there.

Best Burger Ever
Best burger I ever had. Just meat, onion, and bun. Didn't even require ketchup (usually a hamburger requirement). Can't wait to go back..

This place was ridiculous. The waitress didnt greet me, glasses werent refilled, no napkins, and generally the service left much to be desired. The food prices were just as nonsensical. I basically had to order my burger in pieces...0.75 cents extra for cheese, 0.75 cents extra if i wanted tomatoes on my burger..so what does my $7.00 get me? Just meat and a bun? No cheese, tomatoes or lettuce? Mind you, it was $7.00 for just the burger with no fries or coke or any other accompaniment for that matter. With tax I paid almost $10.00 for a piece of meat on a plain bun. Mayo and ketchup were also available only upon request. The place has a cold, industrial look to it which isnt very inviting. And the service is just as cold and mechanical. Overall, my experience was not the most pleasant and I vowed never to return there again. There are much nicer places in the East Village to eat with much better food and service with more bang for your buck.

Very relaxed restaurant
I've had their burgers and chicken sandwiches.I don't really have any complaints about the food.It has tasted just fine every time I've gone in there.Service was very good each time. It's not overpriced and you get a nice portioned meal.Very chilled atmosphere.Definitely like going here when I can
