If you like a lot of white rice and small amounts of fish in your sushi and sushi rolls, this is the place for you. Service was mediocre but the ambience is good.

Anyone who criticize Shimizu's sushi for its quality don't know what they're talking about. They have the best selection of what the Japanese call "hikari-mono, " the fishy fish that American palate cannot properly appreciate. Forget tuna (red) or hamachi
