    very disappointing takeout

order took over 50 minuets to get here and dumplings were cold and soggy. also got an order of general's chicken with white meat and they used the chicken nuggets you would get with sweet and sour chicken. not what i was expected.

Best chinese food away from chinatown

A few co-workers and I came across Shih lee's a few months ago. GREAT chinese food, very impressed with their adobo pork. Friendly workers, fresh food, at a excellent price. It's a must have at least once a week! For $7 you cannot go wrong. Once winter hits we will have it delievered. Always satisfied!

    Best Chinese Take Out

The food is GREAT - most authentic chinese food you can get from any take out restuarant. I highly recommend the tripe, general tsao chicken, string beans, oxtail. The food is great and a very good sized portion!

    Nice people, but never again

the lunch special is never explained so my coworker and i got charged different and it's a very fast moving place so you have to know what's going on. problem is you're not ordering food made fresh you're paying for a cafeteria style lunch service. food was soggy, cold, limp, just disappointing. everyone was nice but i was just feeding the hunger and not enjoying any of it and the restaurant was so hot we had to bring the food back to the office which we wanted to escape from haha. nice people but never again

    Disappointed

Went after reading the reviews; had lunch. They were running an anniversary special, but as soon as I asked for any permutation of the offer they said I wasn't eligible - so basically the offer didn't exist. I also had a bad experience with the curry chicken - I specifically asked if it was boneless and they assured me it was - only to find when I took it back to my office that it was riddled with bones.

    Best Chinese around

Shih Lee is seriously good! I went for lunch one day and ate from the pre-cooked selection. It was decent but I had a sneaking suspicion that if I ordered out, it would be great. Last night I ordered delivery (steamed dumplings, sesame chicken, chinese eggplant with garlic sauce) and I was blown away! Don't bring a date to Shih Lee but if you want seriously good Chinese take-out I highly recommend it.

    "My pleasure"

The food was nothing special. The waiter on the other hand...He was extremely kind and attentive and must have said "My pleasure" at least six times. He was eager to converse and knew other customers by name. I recommend eating in the restaurant to experience this unique service.
