Best soup dumplings in NYC!
This is the best place to go when you're broke and want to eat like a King. My friends and I eat here all the time and the bill never comes out to more than $15 per person (that's with appetizers and entrees!). P.S. EVERYTHING is tasty!

How can people go back with poor service?
The dumplings are good, but the service omg! They should just make it a Fastfood restaurant. All the waitress there just want you to eat and pay their tips and get out.

Good portions, decent food, not so good service
The portions here are enormous and the food is on par with other chinese food restaurants in the area, but the big problem at this place (for those of us who don't speak much mandarin) is that the service is sub-par. On my last visit, I asked what was in a particular dish (dietary concerns), and the waiter's answer was "Ok." I asked again, and received the same answer. After deciding not to take the chance, I ordered another item; after much delay, I received the first one that I had asked about and was unable to eat much of it. Over all, those of you who know no mandarin can order here if you don't care what you're eating and if you can point to the item on the menu that you want.

Who Cares if The Service Sucks?
Yes the soup dumplings are awesome and the pan-fried noodles sublime, but don't go during peak times if the service makes or breaks your restaurant experience. You just have to be a bit more aggressive to get what you need. It's one of my favorites, it's cheap and tasty and that's all that matters to me.

Just eat and get out!
Everything here is good. The Pork Soup Dumplings are what you came for. NOT the crab soup dumplings. Order quickly and get out. Most of all, don't expect good service... Be happy with ordinary service. The food is great. You can stuff yourself with everything and STILL not break $50. It's worth a 15 minute wait. Beware the mean looking waitress. Yah, you know which one I'm talking about. She's the Great White. She's the 1970's bad kung fu movie waitress that will sooner chop you with a cleaver then give you good service. Just leave her alone and you'll be fine. The Wife also loves the scallion pancakes... yum.
