Subpar Food
The drinks and atmosphere are great, but the food is poor. My risotto was more like rice pilaf, and it had maybe 2 baby shrimp. We ordered 4 apps. and 4 entrees, and not one was good! Go for drinks.

Perfect for after the theater
It?s open til late (11:30 pm), and hits the spot when you?re needing a late dinner after going to the theater (just a small walk away). The waitstaff is pleasant. Great pizzas.

Legs everywhere
The food and drinks were excellent, but the atmosphere even better. The gals working here -- enjoyable for both me and my companion -- simply exude "kevorka."

Saturday June 4th
I was just recently at the restaurant. I loved the atmosphere, I did not like the male waiters as they were disrespectful it was uncomfortable sitting in back by the pizza oven because I felt like my table was being watched by the pizza cooks. However, I thought the food was great and it was very reasonable.

I just love it!
I was there twice and it was terrific. I wasn't expecting such a great time which I fully enjoyed. The atmosphere was outstanding and the pizzas the best I have ever tried, but the chick paillard, so called petto di pollo not so great, it was dry and salty. The service was absolutely fantastic. My waiter, this handsome mediterrenean with a soft albanian accent took care of me and my friends and served our table with warmth. I highly recommend it to those who wanna enjoy some time. Great for couples and don't forget to try the pizzas. Definitely going back.

Amazing experience
I eat out almost every night and my experience at Serafina Broadway was outstanding! The service was flawless! Every waiter who passed greeted me with a smile....my waiter recommeneded some excellent dishes and was very attentive during the entire dinner. The food was as tasty as all the serafina's....but I really felt this west side branch had a special touch...the pizza was to die for....and the potato encrusted fish...simply devine. Two thumbs up to Serafina Broadway! My new favorite place to eat.

Poor Service
Our waiter was very rude - he actually argued defiantly over wine with my friend who just wrote a book on wines and is a very competent expert. I think the waiter actually said, "No, your wrong. That is not how it is done in New York." He was confrontational & cocky. When we complained to the management, they didn't seem to care as we would expext them to. Too bad the truffle oil risotto was so awesome!
