Best Pizza in the City
I went here for dinner before a braodway show and Serafina is the best restaurant to go in this area, you know that the food always will be high quality and the pizzas really are amazing! The parpadelle pasta was magic and the salmon is cooked perfectly, I can definitely recommend this place!

Horrible Delivery
I ordered lunch from this location today at 2pm. They said I would have my food in 30-40 mins. I called back an hour later and asked where my delivery was. Apparently it would be here by 3:30pm. It's one thing to have delays, but to have 3x the delivery time and not call ahead and tell customer is completely unacceptable. While I've had good meals at Serafina before, I will clearly never order delivery from here again.

Disapponting brunch
I went here with a group of friends for brunch and had awful service and bad food. The brunch menu is standard, so you would think they could at least make it enjoyable... but no! The 'canadian bacon' they list in their menu for the eggs benedicte was nothing more than boiled ham cold cuts. Honestly this was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I will never go back.

Don't order Drinks
Went to dinner here tonight. Paid more money for a pitcher of sangria than two entrees. complete rip off. 50 dollars for watered down sangria. food was decent- but do not order drinks.

Highly reccomended, great food!
Lovely Italian restaurant in a perfect location for food before a show on Broadway! Service was superb, staff very friendly. Only complaint was the music, a bit on the loud side but was promptly lowered upon request! Try their foccacia in a basket with herbs, got the meal off to a fabulous start! Also very reasonably priced and house wine was a joy! Highly reccomend!!

A real find on a Sunday evening
We happened upon this restaurant after attending an off-Broadway play during the recent stagehand strike. Like most of Broadway at that time, it was deserted! In spite of that, we decided to give it a try. What a pleasant surprise! Both the menu and the winelist offered excellent choices, and everything we ordered was first rate. And as the only diners, the service was superb. For a place that had only been open a week or so, it sure had it's act together. We're going into the city again soon, and will definitely be stopping here for dinner.
