so nice, would do it more than twice

This place was great. My boyfriend took me here. He kept telling me about this place he wants to take me.I was very impressed. I like the atmosphere while you wait to be served. I had like an hour wait, but did not mind one bit. Food was great. No complaints. Very tasty. No need to add salt, soy sauce, hot sauce or anything else. I was pleased. Will definitely go back. I hope my boyfriend is reading this. (hint hint). Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

    The Great Hype

What can i say about this place. Went there with my family only to find out what is so good about this place. Lets start with good things first: Nice atmosphere but it does get loud on the weekends. Went there around 5pm on Sunday and was told that wait time was 10 min. It actually was less which was pretty nice. Food was mediocre. Dumplings and noodles were delicious, salads were ok and my main course (salmon) was not that great. Plates were not that big in size but when you actually look at the price you will understand why. Didnt order any drinks so i cant comment on that. Now off to the bad part: Even though i was seated within 10 min it took a waiter around 30-45 min to get to our table. The only reason waiter got to our table was because I had to go to the front and ask for one. We did order some drinks (soda and tea) before placing our orders. Well...this never happened to me at any restaurant...our food got to us faster than our drinks...One more time...food got faster to us then drinks...Worse waiter service that I have ever experienced in ANY restaurant. The only way to describe it is non existent. Final Review: Food:7/10 Ambience: 6/10 Value: 8/10 Service: 0/10 Final Score: 21/40

    Good interior OK food

Went to this place on Friday , was told will get a seat in 30mins ended up waiting about 1:15. The only reason why i waited so long was just to find out what the fuss was all about. When i walked in i fell in love with the place and that is what a restaurant should be like. i had high hopes for the food but was let down. Appt, were small portions but the taste was not just there someone said the jade dumplings were good, but sooo not, also the chicken fritters had no taste at all. For the main course i have the spicy fried rice which was pretty good , but the volcano chicken was horrible, no taste and very dry. i don't mean to hate on the place but the truth is the truth, i have eaten at alot of thai places and there food far exceeds Sea. If you want to take some to a nice hip restaurant, loud atmosphere then this is the place. But for actual good thai food, try someone other place.

    Trendy but not so traditional

this place was pretty nice inside..its classic "Williamsburg" trendy. If you are into that then you will like this place. The appetizers we ordered were delicious with semi small portions, not like most places where they fill you up! but i think the most expensive appetizer was 8 bucks, so whatever. The main courses were okay even though i was really dissapointed that my pad thai was not served with limes which traditionally it should be.. the drinks were amazing...soo different from other places but a bit pricey, kind of offsetting the cheap menu, so watch outt!! but this place is definatley worth trying at least once, even to see what all the fuss is about! oh, and try to get there early, lines start around 730- 8, even during the week!

    Great Thai Food

You can't go wrong with this place. Food is delicious and the drinks are good. Service is okay, they tend to be a little slower Friday and Saturday nights which are the busiest night. If you plan on going on the weekend, get there early. The appetizers are cheap and decor has a modern look to it. Great place to take the girlfriend/wife fellas.

    I Love This Place

I went here on a date and it was marvelous. My date had the duck in the red sauce (sweet) and I had the pad thai. I thought the duck had perfect texture but the sauce was too sweet. The atmosphere was elegent and I loved the fountain that you can sit alongside. The price was perfect for a date and you could get a bottle of wine for a measely 18 bux. I had a great time with great conversation.
