While on my lunch break, my coworker and I found this restaurant. By far the best spot I have had pizza for lunch. The service was great, pizza was delicious and the wine option was perfect. They were very attentive and this is definitely the place to go for lunch. Molte benedizioni!

Last night pizza at Savoia: crust good, sauce tasted like a pasta sauce, cheese too hard, 5/10 for the pizza, hence 2.5 points for food. The rosato was too warm and of low quality. The arugola salad had too much lemon juice in it. The staff was friendly in a rustic fashion. No need to go back.

We tried it on a whim. My very Italian husband gave it a two thumbs up. Listening to the waiters actually speak Italian, as well as eating the delicious food we ate growing up has us coming back again & again.

I went to eat the pizza and i have to say it was disappointing. I remember years ago it was one of the best pizzas I ever had.

i reread the raving reviews after eating the pizza...and laughed . sauce tasted like prego, crust like day old, and cheese like chucky cheese. and it was hideously small for 15 dollars. This pizza bummed me out.

if you live in brooklyn you've definitely heard of great pizza, but for me, savoia is the winner... not only are there more options, but the options are more sophisticated. the crust at savoia's is perfect. every pizza i've had has been amazing. i prefer the pizzas that don't have tomato sauce because the sauce makes the middle of the pie soggy. try the prosciutto pie.
